    Clear the car

    Before we arrive, remove large and heavy belongings from the cabin and boot.

  3. An owner prepares to detach a child seat

    Detach child seats

    Detach all child seats from their fixings beforehand. They can remain inside the car.

  4. An owner collects a phone and wallet from the car

    Take your valuables

    Take cash, jewellery, documents, your phone, personal keys and key rings with you.

  5. A customer hands the car key to a team member

    Hand over the car key
