Exterior wash

WE WASH

Hand wash: the entire car body is washed by hand.
Moss: We wash off moss from window rubbers.
Gentle wash without scratching your car.
Windows: washing all windows and the panoramic roof window.
Roof: we clean convertible roofs (metal/fabric).
Insects: we wash off insect traces on the hood and windshield (medium contamination).
Discs: light washing of discs (medium difficulty). We remove brake dust from discs (medium difficulty).

DO NOT WASH

We do not wash if the car is very dirty.
We do not wash cars: in mud, bitumen, cement.
We do not clean if insects have been on the hood or windshield for a very long time.
We cannot remove scratches from the car body.
We do not polish the car.
We do not paint tires black.
We do not wash heavily soiled wheel arches
We do not blacken plastic on the bumper or body

Interior wash

WE WASH

We vacuum all accessible areas (without removing seats).
We vacuum and clean floor mats, rubber or fabric (1 set)
Wet cleaning of door cards (plastic)
Washing and cleaning metal in door openings, including the trunk (excluding oil contamination).
Gentle, wet cleaning of the dashboard (car torpedo). We do not flood with water or damage screens with chemicals.
Wet cleaning of seats (not deep cleaning)
Removal of dog/cat hair (not deep cleaning, no more than 10 minutes for the entire car)

DO NOT WASH

We do not vacuum in places that cannot be reached with a vacuum cleaner. We do not remove seats. We do not do car interior detailing.
We do not clean or wash the ceiling
We do not clean hair if it takes more than 10 minutes.
We do not do dry cleaning of seats
We do not restore or paint plastic

Interior wash

WE Do

We polish the car with wet wax.
We create a protective coating against rain and micro-scratches.
We polish with wax manually.
We polish body parts and glass with wax
The car should not be hot for applying wax, so polishing is always done under the tent roof (or in the garage) and never in direct sunlight.
The wax we use protects your car from rain and dirt for 3-4 months. Our wax prevents dirt, salt, and sun from damaging your car.

DO NOT WASH

We do not polish with power tools.
We do not remove scratches (we do not remove micro-scratches).
We do not polish the bumper and plastic parts of the body.
We do not work with polishing chemicals, only wax.
Wax is the protection of your car from rain, dirt, and dust.
Wax gives your car a shinier look and provides protection, but it does not correct defects that are already present on your car.

Interior wash

WE WASH

Ozone generation kills organic odors. We can remove odors of cigarettes, animals, urine, spoiled food, fungus, mold.
Ozonation also kills virus and fungus molecules.
When generating dry fog, a special liquid is dispersed in very fine droplets, creating a smoke effect.
Dry fog penetrates into all inaccessible places and kills moss, mold, and virus molecules.
It is very effective to use an ozonator together with a dry fog generator for applying wax.
After ozonation / dry fog, the car interior needs to be aired for 15-30 minutes.
Ozone and dry fog after airing are absolutely safe for children and animals.

DO NOT WASH

Ozone or dry fog cannot remove odors of non-organic (chemical) origin.
Cannot remove the smell of gasoline, paint, medicine, solvents.
To remove odor, the source of the odor in the car must be eliminated.
When performing ozonation or dry fog treatment, there should be no animals or plants in the interior.

We don't have much time for unloading, washing, and driving to the next client.

Please don't be late, be at home, and meet us!

Unload items from the car!

Do not leave heavy items in the car!

You should unload all bulky items before the team arrives.

Disconnect child seats!

Disconnect all child seats in the car.

They can stay inside, but must be disconnected.

Take out all valuables!

Please take all valuables out of the car: money, jewelry, documents, keys, key fobs.

Hand over the keys!

Hand over the keys to our employees, this is a mandatory condition.

Keys are needed for parking and opening the car in case of automatic locking.
